I have been hard at work designing my book cover.
Now I need help deciding. Please give me some feedback.
- What is your eye drawn to?
- Which colors do you like?
- Any comments on font or layout?
I look forward to hearing from you!
We are so close to the finish line, I can hardly wait!
Thanks, Nancy 😉
Hello! I hope you guys are having an awesome time. I love the cover at the top on the left. The colors are great, yet not so busy they drown out the “Robot”. Congratulations, be safe and say hello to the family from me and Jeremy 🙂
I like the top right. Something about the others with the fading colors I don’t really care for. Most def the top right :).
I definitely agree top right. The other ones appear to all have faded colors. Maybe it’s the way it was scanned or something? The lettering also appears slightly blurry on all of them.
OK, I ran these by 2 of my classes, an 8 year old class and a 14 year old class. The boys tend to like the bottom right picture. The girls are split between everything except the bottom left. Too busy. (I liked the top left, but after the boys liked the bottom right, I could see the attraction) So I guess the bottom left is the winner, especially since boys would be the first to draw in to the book.
Thank you so much for the input. I apologize for the lower resolution image. The originals are much sharper. I tried to put them all together for easy comparison, and got the resolution off. I thought it was close enough and didn’t redo it. We will be comparing all the input we get, but it looks like the two favorites are top right and bottom right. Luie liked bottom right the best. Thank you again, and the book should be out soon.
Dave
I like the top left the Best
I’m with you, Grandad. top left
I like the one on the upper left. The one on lower left seems too busy to me and is too distracting. Second choice would be lower right, but upper left is really the first choice.
I would deffinately choose upper left.
I like the upper left best too. It stands out rather than being too busy
