Camping Parque Tropical Estepona Spain
We were all looking forward to getting back in our camper and traveling again. We parked our camper for 3 months at Camping Parque Tropical in Estepona Spain. They have a gated locked area especially for long term camper parking. The cost for parking is 50 euros/month.
After crossing the border from Gibraltar back into Spain, we took a taxi for the 45 min. drive to our campground. It was exciting to be reunited with our camper again.
The weather was just beautiful! The campground has a year round indoor pool, and clean showers and bathrooms. They also have a little shop for supplies and food. There is a woman named Charo who works there and she was very nice. Luie fell in love with her. He helped her water plants everyday and spent a lot of time with her.
The kids enjoy exploring the campgrounds and playing games together after dinner.
They also like having their own space.
There is a nice long beach walking distance from the campground. It is a great way to spend the afternoon.
Although in April, the water was too cold for Luie and I, Summer and Dave jumped right in. After a while, even Dave came out with chattering teeth. But Summer stayed in for another half hour. She is still my swimmer.
There was a paddle boarder out and I managed to get a shot of him with Gibraltar in the background.
We also saw 4 different motorized paragliders flying near the beach.
Ahhh! the good life! A happy family, a cozy little camper, and adventure around the corner!
