The Importance of goofing off
There are some people that just have a gift for finding fun, goofing around, and making you laugh. I love these people. I am drawn to them. But sadly, I am not one of them. I am a list maker, action taker, type-A driven personality. Fortunately for me, I married an amazingly intelligent, lovable, goofy, quick witted man, that makes me smile everyday!
Just look at him. Tall, dark, handsome, and funny, with the keen ability to embarrass his kids. I hit the jackpot!
There is my Luie boy. He has the gift!
Wild, crazy, goofy, outrageous, laugh out loud, Luie!
Summer is a bit more subtle with her sense of humor. She is almost sneaky as she delivers her zinger. But one look at her face and she cannot hold in her laughter.
I love the satisfied look on Summer’s face when she makes Luie laugh.
5 Benefits of Being Goofy and laughing
1. Laughter stimulates your heart and releases additional endorphins!
2. Aids muscle relaxation and reduces stress.
3. Establishes a positive emotional climate that binds people together.
4. Boosts energy
5. Stimulates creative thinking
So, laugh, be goofy, and have fun! It’s good for you!
Thanks to the whole Barcenas family for making me healthier by laughing out loud this early morning!
Yay! I’m glad to hear it!
What an awesome picture of Louie in the cannon! The expression on his face is priceless. Actually, the expressions on his face are frequently quite awesome.
Everyone else looks like they are having a great time, too. Thanks for some great pictures!
