This National Park is located in southwest Colorado. The ancient cliff dwellings here blew me away in photos that I saw online, so I felt privileged to have the opportunity to see them in person. There are actually many cliff dwellings in the National Park. We choose just the one to tour. There is still some mystery about these cliff dwellings. We will probably never understand the full culture of the inhabitants.
From photos it is hard to tell that these are actually cliff dwellings. But the above photo is a picture of the area just in front of the cliff dwellings which are just to the left of this photo. It is quite steep.
There are hieroglyphs observable in the tower! So Awesome!
